Poached and smoked salmon mousse with dill and cucumber relish

 

Coarse terrine of pork, venison and pigeon and red onion marmalade

 

Duo of melon with raspberry coulis and seasonal fruits   V

 

Roulade of goat's cheese and char-grilled peppers with pesto   V

Sirloin of beef with Yorkshire pudding and horseradish flavoured bread sauce
