Starters

- Hamhock terrine with sauce gribichet, confit of tomatoes
- Salmon fishcake with tartare sauce
Main Courses
- Roast sirloin of beef with Yorkshire pudding with traditional gravy
- Home-made fisherman's pie with mash topping
- Slow roast lamb with rosemary jus
- Rotollo of goat's cheese, spinach and butternut squash, tomato and rocket V
- Roast chicken with herb stuffing and a thyme jus
